Who we are

Graft And Go is a done-for-you admin service for UK sole trader tradespeople, run by Lisa Pagin and Willow Pagin, trading as Graft And Go. By accepting these terms you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.

What you're signing up for

You will have access to the Graft And Go plan you selected at signup. Features vary by plan:

• Basic — AI quote builder, quotes sent to customers, job cards, invoicing, and Google Drive integration.
• Core — everything in Basic, plus Google Calendar integration and dedicated admin support.
• Bespoke — everything in Core, plus multiple team members, custom workflows, and a service tailored to your business.

We reserve the right to update or improve features within your plan. Any reduction in features or price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

Payment

• Your free trial period (if applicable) begins on the date you sign up and ends on the date stated at signup.
• After your trial ends, payment is taken automatically by Direct Debit or card on the same date each calendar month.
• If payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is received. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.
• Prices are as agreed at signup. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price changes. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time with no notice period required.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid calendar month. You retain full access until that date.
• No refunds are given for part-used months.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account immediately if these terms are breached, if abusive behaviour toward our team is reported, or if fraudulent use is suspected.

Your responsibilities — general

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to us, including customer details, job descriptions, pricing, materials, and any other data entered into or submitted through our tools.
• You are responsible for reviewing all quotes, invoices, job cards, and documents generated through our service before sending them to your customers.
• Any document sent to a customer is sent entirely at your own discretion and is your sole responsibility. Graft And Go does not review, check, verify, or approve any content before it is sent.
• Errors in pricing, job descriptions, labour rates, materials, VAT, dates, or customer details are your responsibility to identify and correct before sending.
• You agree not to use our tools to send false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful communications to customers or third parties.

Your responsibilities — AI-generated content

• Quotes and suggested pricing are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is a starting point only and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific job.
• You must review and edit all AI-generated content before use. By sending any AI-generated document to a customer you confirm you have reviewed it and accept full responsibility for its contents.
• Graft And Go makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated suggestion, estimate, or content.

Your responsibilities — VAT and tax

• If you are VAT-registered, you are solely responsible for ensuring VAT is correctly calculated and applied to all quotes and invoices produced through our tools.
• Nothing within our service constitutes tax, financial, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser regarding your specific obligations.

Your responsibilities — customer disputes

• Any dispute arising between you and your customer regarding a quote, invoice, job, payment, or any communication sent through our tools is strictly between you and your customer.
• Graft And Go accepts no liability for customer disputes, payment failures, chargebacks, or complaints arising from documents or communications generated through our service.

Our responsibilities

• We will maintain and operate the tools included in your plan to a reasonable standard and make reasonable efforts to ensure availability.
• We will notify you of significant changes to your service, features, pricing, or these terms with at least 30 days' notice.
• We will not sell or share your data or your customers' data with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the service.

Service availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our tools at all times.
• Our service relies on third-party platforms including Google, Stripe, Netlify, and Resend. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by those platforms.
• We accept no liability for losses arising from service downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

Third-party platforms

• Our service integrates with third-party tools and platforms. Those platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies which apply independently of these terms.
• We are not liable for changes those platforms make to their services, pricing, or availability that affect the functionality of Graft And Go tools.

Limitation of liability

• Graft And Go provides administrative tools and support services only. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our tools, including but not limited to: incorrect quotes or invoices sent to customers, missed jobs, payment disputes, loss of business, or decisions made on the basis of information processed through our service.
• Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in that month.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Data and privacy

• We hold data about you and your customers solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
• A full privacy policy is available at graftandgo.co.uk/privacy. We recommend you read it before accepting these terms.
• By accepting these terms you confirm you have the legal right to share your customers' personal data with us for the purpose of administrative processing, consistent with your obligations under UK GDPR.
• You are responsible for ensuring your customers are aware their data may be processed by a third-party admin service on your behalf.

Nothing within our service or communications constitutes legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Any information provided is for general administrative purposes only. Always seek qualified professional advice for matters specific to your business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
